Therapy rooms
We have 4 talking therapy rooms available to hire. We have created a unique atmosphere for each room - for example the 'Green Room' has disabled access and is family friendly, and our 'Rainbow Room' lends itself to children and young people and the creative therapies. Become part of a supportive community of highly qualified therapists and counsellors who are passionate about promoting wellbeing.
Studio and group room
We are proud to offer a purpose-built studio, perfect for Yoga, Pilates and small group exercise or meditation classes. We also have a group meeting room which can be used for workshops, CPD, groups, training or events. With an upstairs and downstairs kitchen, a cup of tea is never far away!
Complementary therapies and gym
Our clinic is fully fitted with a massage couch, desk, chairs and storage and has a professional and relaxing vibe. Suitable for all types of Massage, Chiropractic, Reflexology, Reiki and other physical therapies. Our compact but well equipped gym room houses a Technogym cross trainer, free weights, Reebok multistep and more. Hire by the hour!
